About our grants

We award grants to small, local nonprofits committed to North Carolinians. We do this with the goal of making a deeper impact on community-based charities that meet specific needs of our neighbors.

Civic Local Foundation is working to revise our grant program. The October 10 application deadline will be the final deadline for 2024. Please watch our website and social media channels for updates.

• We focus on areas of health care, housing, human services and hunger.
• Applicants must meet eligibility criteria.
